Having elegant profiles and powerful mechanical platforms, the 2019 BMW 5 Series and 3 Series are packed with patented technology, such as the TwinPower engine and xDrive AWD. Besides having sporty capabilities, these luxury sedans offer cutting-edge electronic technology, such as the iDrive multimedia platform.

The BMW 530i model gets 248 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque from a 2.0 L engine block. An electric motor works with this turbocharged engine under the hood of the 530e trim. The 540i edition is driven by a 3.0 L turbo engine that pumps out 335 hp and 330 lb-ft. Rated at 456 hp and 480 lb-ft, a 4.4 L V8 turbo engine accelerates the M550i edition from 0 to 60 MPH in 3.9 seconds. Every powertrain in the BMW 5 Series has the TwinPower technology. The Steptronic auto transmission system is mated to each engine block. You may toggle the paddle shifters to adjust eight different gear speeds. The 2019 BMW 330i has the same entry-level turbo engine as the 530i trim. However, the M340i edition is equipped with a 3.0 L I-6 engine that whips out 382 hp and 369 lb-ft. Linked to the Steptronic auto transmission, this six-cylinder propulsion unit also carries the TwinPower badge.

An aerodynamic kit and rear spoiler are some cool exterior features that are installed on the 2019 BMW 5 Series and 3 Series. Both luxury sedans have heated side mirrors that fold by an electric mechanism. The Adaptive LED headlights are available in the 5 Series, and the LED Cornering Lights are installed in the 3 Series. When customizing the body of the 3 Series, you may choose Portimao Blue, Sunset Orange, Black Sapphire or five other paint colors. The 18-inch M wheels with a double-spoke design are installed on this executive sedan. You’ll also find a handful of luxurious materials inside the deluxe cabin, such as the SensaTec upholstery and Aluminum Teragon finish. The seats in the BMW 5 Series are appointed with Dakota leather and anthracite headliners. Courtesy lights and ambient lights are also installed in the high-end M550i edition.

The Digital Instrument Cluster in the 2019 BMW 5 Series measures 8.8 inches. This premium sedan also boasts a 10.2-inch touch screen and a hard drive that stores 200 GB of digital data.
