Alternate Transportation

Hansel BMW of Santa Rosa - Alternate Transportation Policy

We understand that being without your BMW can be an inconvenience and we will do everything we can to minimize your inconvenience. We offer several options to assist you. For minor maintenance services, such as an oil change, we ask that our guest enjoy our comfortable and BMW designed, Wi-Fi equipped, customer lounge.

Or if you have a shopping destination or need to get to work locally utilize our free shuttle service.


Shuttle Service

Our free shuttle service is available Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm and operates within the city limits of Santa Rosa, Windsor, Sebastopol, Rohnert Park and Petaluma.

 

Courtesy Replacement Vehicles - Advanced reservation required

A replacement vehicle is only offered for repair services that are estimated to take more than 2 hours to complete. We make every effort to place a guest in a BMW loaner for their scheduled appointment. Hansel Rental Company (various vehicle line models available) or Third Party  rentals may be used when BMW loaners are not available.

 

  • Replacement vehicle must be reserved at time of service reservation.

  • Drivers must be 25 years of age or older.

  • Proof of insurance required.

  • Valid California driver's license required.

  • Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card required.

  • Mileage limit is 150 miles per 24 hour period.

  • A premium charge will apply for parking, toll and traffic violations.

  • A premium charge will apply for any cosmetic damage caused to the replacement vehicle during use.

  • A premium charge of $6 per gallon will apply for fuel if not replaced.

  • A premium charge will apply for late return.

  • Pets are not permitted in our replacement vehicles.
  • Smoking is not permitted in our replacement vehicles.
  • A premium charge will apply for detail services needed for vehicles returned in soiled condition.
